Market Acceleration Plan
As a precursor to the business development process, Atlantic Leap will conduct a market assessment to identify a strategic path to success. The Market Acceleration Plan will include a review of competition, regulation, cultural considerations and localisation requirements. It will identify, suggest and introduce relevant strategic partners and lighthouse clients. Developed and delivered over a four- to six-week period, the MAP will serve as a roadmap for business and strategic development activity, helping to focus efforts more effectively and to avoid foreseeable obstacles.
Working with relevant partners and resources, Atlantic Leap will establish your company's local business operations and act as interim general manager. This includes a focus on sales; marketing and brand awareness; recruitment of team, contractors and suppliers; compliance with formal registration, taxation and reporting requirements; banking; facilities; and general management of all business activities in-market.
